Call me Kash.

Plugging in : Everlast - Black Jesus

Ever seen that maxis commercial where that guy takes a picture of that really cute chick(who i wouldnt mind getting acquainted with)in that train then sends the pic to all his friends and all...yeah, that one. Well, i met him last Saturday and i must express my feelings about how, heterosexually challenged i think he is.

I was in Help institute for a school magazine workshop entitled "How to produce a first class magazine". I attended the same event last year and i did not recollect any memory about any funny looking/acting guys. So it kind of came as quite a shock to me when he started the event. He was the emcee for the day along with another girl whom i forgot about. Kash kind of took the limelight all to himself.

So anyways, from the beginning right to the very end, i just couldnt stop cracking jokes about him. Then at the end of the event, during picture taking time, he decided to reach his arms and put it on our shoulders. I was really trying my best to keep a "straight" face. However, as scared as i was while taking the picture i was kind of happy that i have now got stories and proof to show to everyone (including my grandchildren) about gay men.

Welcome to the 21st century, where gay men run free.

Freedom Of Speech.

Plugging in : The White Stripes - Dead leaves on the dirty ground

The freedom of speech is probably normal to Americans. But to Malaysians, one article going against the government can get you tossed into the ISA. Yesterday, on my english composition paper i wrote something controversial that may not see eye to eye with some. The title was "The World I Would Like To Live In." Now most of you assholes i call friends might think straight away that i would write something stupid (as i usually do :P) but i didnt. I spoke my mind and wrote about everything i find wrong in this world starting from Mr Bush to racism. Will my teacher accept my composition? Will she say that its to controversial? Only time will tell. Expect an update.

Freddy vs Ghostbusters

Plugging in : Interpol - Turn on the bright lights

Yep, you read that right. Some jobless bastard out there probably got bored and made a whole fucking movie about it. Its alright i guess, not the best but what would you expect from amateurs? The file is 131mb large so if youre really bored then i suggest you downloading. Otherwise its a waste of time. Haha, unless you want a laugh. Oh, and Freddy looks just like in the movies.

Young Love.

Plugging in : Yeah Yeah Yeah's - Maps

I'm tired of this shit. It's everywhere! Be it Friendster, Myspace or Blogs. I cant believe you guys think you're actually in love. Seriously, youre in your teens. You seriously think the girlfriend/boyfriend you have right now is actually going to be your future husband/wife?

All i see are a bunch of 16-17 year olds answering the question "Are you in love?" as yes. Well, if you did i hope you get married soon and dont bother inviting me cause i predict a 2 year marriage ending with a divorce. Sad but true, hey my parents had me when they were in their twenties. Look at them now.

Answer me a few questions:

1) How many boyfriends/girlfriends have you had?
2) How many times have you said the sentence "I Love You" to them?
3) Have any of your so called "relationships" end with a crying sob sob sobbing breakup?

If you answered the first question as 3 or more, and the second one as all of them, haha youre so stupid you dont even know it. And if you answered the third one as yes, then i hope youve gotten over it. If you have, I hope you realised how stupid that all was crying over someone this young haha youre dumb haha i cant stop laughing at you haha.

Phew i got it out. I swear though, if i read another guy/gal going i love...sipulan sipulan the love of my life together for now, 5 days 3 hours and 24 seconds im going to fucking freak out. Not like it's any of my business, but hey im a prick.

I need sleep.

Lots of love, ;)

Nick Berg Video : Fake?

Plugging in : The Animals - House of the rising sun

Looks like Hollywood has reached new heights. Well, its not really Hollywood just Americans.

Interesting quotes include:

"CNN said initially that they were sure the voice was NOT al-Zarqawi. The CIA however confirms that it is."

"In May 2002 Zarqawi traveled to Iraq. He had his leg amputated and had a prosthetic limb to replace it. So - for a guy with ONE LEG al-Zarqawi is VERY NIMBLE on his feet!"

"Do I see WHITE SHOES? Wonder how he keeps them clean running around the Iraqi desert?"

Best Sunday In A Long Time.

Plugging in : Taking Back Sunday - Your Own Disaster

Regardless of the exams that i have tomorrow, today i had a blast. Haha i know my friends are going to be jealous as hell. I went to Ikano Power Centre for the second time today and i was really overwhelmed by the amount of stuff available for purchase even though the amount of shops that was present was countable. Unlike klcc, the shops here actually have substance, theyre big, and they will most probably have what you want.

The Apple shop here, is the biggest showroom they have in all of Asia. Frankly, it didnt seem that big. But, there i was, drooling over the iPod, yet again. My parents still wont buy me one and they ban me from using my own cash. "Its a waste of money!"...yeah yeah. Half of the shop was infested with workers trying to promote "music canteen". Its a song downloading service thats available for Malaysians only at the mo. The music selection is a bit weak and the prices are ridiculous, RM3 for a song, say an album has 15 songs itll cost RM45 for the whole album. I might as well buy the whole cd for RM20. If you ask me, this will never catch on.

Skating wise, today has been awesome. I found the July issue of Daily Bread after weeks of scavenging. This one features about a dozen ams. AWESOME! Haha, i also found some nice ledges at the mall. Looks like it'll need to be waxed for an hour first though. Later in the evening i went skating with izzy at the KJ ledges. There were these woodpushers flipping their flat sticks. They were cool though cause we were better than them. Hah! Royale-ing the ledge compared to missed ollies? Right. They came with their girlfriends too. I think the girls must have been ashamed to see their guys sucking so bad. Pity them, perhaps i should have given my number? ;)

Whats In A Blog?

Plugging in : Tool - Eulogy

The question many people ask. Whats in a blog? Why waste time? Well my friends, a blog can tell you more than what you might think. A persons opinion or knowledge, forever on the web for all to see, even when your time has passed. I'm saying this because the minute after making this whole blog it reminded me of my late cousin who passed away at his prime leaving a wife and three children. He was a very outspoken person, one who always spoke his mind. Even though i felt as if i wasnt that close to him, i still think of him as one of my favourites cousins ever.

Sweet memories such as our fishing trip where we used roti canai as the bait :) , throwing one cent coins at the windows of slow moving vehicles, and our command and conquer rivalries shall never be forgotten. He is also remembered as the "joker" of our family. Ironic that his name is even there in the title : "Joe-ker" hah, get it?

Well, im typing this also because i didnt let out much or any emotions during the funeral. I thought i should handle it like a man. But as time flies by, more than half a year gone, guilt started building up. Guilt? What for? You might ask, well to me i think a person deserves to be remembered in one way or another, especially in situations like these. If not, well...thats just plain mean.

To my suprise, his legendary (for Malaysians that is) blog is still up for viewing. Of course, no updates are to be made, but there are plenty of posts up still available for all to see. Everyone who reads this, make sure you go there, see what a great person he was. Also check out the post he made about the "male britney" of which i sent the link to which i got on be-mag's grom infested messageboard. :P
