It's finally coming to perspective.
The exams are about a week away. Everyone is getting nervous, i hardly get to see anyone now. The ones who were close to me have kept quiet and have actually been studying 24/7 while leaving me alone. Therefore, I have been hanging around with my alternative options. Not that I mind, but its just not the same. I miss the Jack Off Jill crew.
Nothing is for certain after the exams. My future, my friends' future, and wether or not we will still meet. In a way i'm looking forward to the free time, but i'm also regretting not savouring and cherishing the times we've spent. I guess you'll never know how much you loved something until its gone, I just had to learn that the hard way.
I gave a testimonial to the other members of the Jack Off Jill crew, in hoping this will come to realization for them as well and maybe help us get through what lays upon us in a smoother fashion. What I dont want is for us to accidently bump into each other in a mall or something saying "long time no see", exchanging business cards and never calling each other. That was the path my parents have taken but its not going to be mine, not if i had anything to do about it.
After thinking all this over, it made me realize how important this exam really is. It can make us or break us. What we shall be or what we could be are all determined by 9 crucial days of mental stress. Unfortunately for myself, I dont think I have been studying enough. The lack of friends around me recently have left me dead on the inside without any motivation to work harder for the better. I have no idea how everyones preparations are going, but I know mine has been shit. Hopefully my overall results will raise just a little higher than what ive got in my trials and achieve my current spm goal - no c's.
All this thinking have left me depressed a little. I'm going to go watch tv and let my mind forget my troubles. I'll be picking up my spm slip tomorrow and I hope to get to see everyone before the big day on November the 4th. For my other friends from different schools, even though I might have not been as close to you all as I am with my school friends, I still wish all of you the best of luck, just as much as I do my closest of buds. To all my skating friends, hopefully I shall see you all after spm.
Let this blog rot until the day i decide to write again. Goodbye.

The European Commission has just announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the EU rather than German which heavily lobbied to be the official languauge and was the other possibility. As part of the negotiations, Her Majesty's Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5-year phase-in plan that would be known as "EuroEnglish."
In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c" . . . Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy. The hard "c" will be dropped in favor of the "k." This should klear up konfusion and keyboards kan have 1 less letter.
There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year, when the troublesome "ph" will be replased with the "f." This will make words like "fotograf" 20% shorter.
In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible. Governments will enkourage the removal of double letters, which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling. Also, al wil agre that the horible mess of the silent "e's" in the language is disgraseful, and they should go away.
By the 4th yar, peopl wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing "th" with "z" and the "w" with "v."
During the fifz yar, ze unesesary "o" kan be dropd from vords kontaining "ou" and similar changes vud of kors be aplid to ozer kombinations of leters. After ze fifz yar, ve vil hav a realy sensibl vriten styl. Zer vil be no mor trubls or difikultis and evryvun vil find it easy tu understand each ozer.
ZE DREM VIL FINALI KUM TRU!

Earlier this evening, i read Buyot's blog. His latest entry, was definitely something i was familiar with. I myself did not/am still not have/having a normal childhood. As some of you might know, my parents were divorced when I was at the tender age of 5. Perhaps it was better that they separated and went on their own paths back when i was younger, as my sister and I did not have any idea of the on-goings at the time. Had they got divorced when we were more mature, im sure we would have been more emotionally affected. Unfortunately, an image of my parents in their bedroom shouting, screaming and yelling at each other still haunts me to this day and sometimes leave me sleepless at night.
About an hour ago, after putting down this book i bought at Ikano Power Centre's Popular Bookstore, i switched on the television in my room for some easy viewing. I am not sure of the show's name and 8tv's website is kinda a bitch to browse through, but it was about a lawyer slash matchmaker starring Alicia Silverstone who is a bombshell. On this one case she worked on, she helped this guy get some custody of his newborn child that his ex-girlfriend has given birth to. At the end of the show, the guy got what he wanted. When he held his son for the first time, in slow motion and with Coldplay's "The Scientist" playing, I swear i fucking teared. Perhaps it was what i read in Buyot's blog helped generate it.
Perhaps it was the fact that i want what that guy was experiencing. Fatherhood is, in fact one of the greatest joys a person can experience. I want to be a father. Obviously, i am too young at the moment, but I am sure as hell i want to provide my child the few things my father failed to provide me. I want to make sure, that my children gets to live a normal childhood. I want him/her/them to love life.
In the words of Chris Martin "We live in a beautiful world." Let's show the world what that's all about.

knicked off friendster from izrin's bulletin
This is a true story about a recent wedding that took place at Clemson University. It was in the local newspaper and even Jay Leno mentioned it.
It was a huge wedding with about 300 guests.
After the wedding at the reception, the groom got up on stage with a microphone to talk to the crowd. He said he wanted to thank everyone for coming, many from long distances, to support them at their wedding. He especially wanted to thank the bride's and his family and to thank his new father-in-law for providing such a lavish reception.
As a token of his deep appreciation he said he wanted to give everyone a special gift just from
him. So taped to the bottom of everyone's chair, including the wedding party, was a manila envelope. He said this was his gift to everyone, and asked them to open their envelope.
Inside each manila envelope was an 8x10 glossy of his bride having sex with the best
man. The groom had gotten suspicious of them weeks earlier and had hired a private detective
to tail them.
After just standing there, just watching the guests' reactions for a couple of minutes, he turned to the best man and said, "Fuck you!". Then he turned to his bride and said "Fuck you!". Then he turned to the dumbfounded crowd and said, "I'm outta here."
He had the marriage annulled first thing in the morning.
While most people would have canceled the wedding immediately after finding out about the affair, this guy goes through with the charade, as if nothing were wrong. His revenge...making the bride's parents pay over $32,000 for a 300 guest wedding and reception, and best of all, trashing the bride's and best man's reputations in front of 300 friends and family members.
This guy has balls the size of church bells.
Do you think we might get a MasterCard "priceless" commercial out of this?
Elegant wedding reception for 300 family members and friends = $32,000.
Wedding photographs commemorating the occasion = $3,000.
Deluxe two week honeymoon accommodations in Maui = $8,500.
The look on everyone's face when they see the 8x10 glossy of the bride humping the best man = Priceless.
There are some things money can't buy.
For everything else there's MASTERCARD

I got this straight from The Star Online:
"Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, who is also Defence Minister and chairman of the Cabinet Committee on NS, said those enlisted should feel fortunate to be picked from a pool of 471,376 individuals. "
FORTUNATE? if anything, i pity those who got chosen. They randomly chose 85,000 people attend national service. thankfully, i didnt get chosen. phew. haha. i know a few people who got chosen though, and theyre not too happy about it. happy or not, they still have to go through it. at least its not as bad as singapore's and thailand's version of the ns.
if you still dont know wether or not you got chosen, you can check out the official national service website here
i also read that if you dont attend, you will be punished as you are going against the law. thats right, they made it a law that you HAVE to attend the thing if you get chosen. if you dont, then they can sentence you to half a year in prison, a fee of rm3000 ringgit or both. but even after the sentence, you still have to go through national service in the following year. fucked up.
